An interview with the guitarist Chris from the Hellas band Filopatria.

Hello my friend. The line up of the band is Bill-vocals,Chris-guitar-Stellios-bass and George on drums. We are active as a band from the summer of 2008, having recorded one demo with 8 songs,including 2 covers,and now we are preparing our debut cd in the summer.Out soon.
What do you have for influense, both lyrical and musical?
The influences of the band are great combinations of Oi!.We like the oldschool Oi!,Punk,Rock n Roll even the early Hardcore scene of the late 80's.Everyone has his style in the band and this spreads to our music too.The lyrics my friend are simply influences of the society and our life.We have hate for the Capitalism,Zionism,Rastafarianism and generall the enemies of our Race and our Class.
How long has the band been around? Why do you decided to start playing White power music?
The band as i said to you is active from the summer of 2008.We knew each other many time and we decided to start to play because we wanted to express our problems,our love and hate.We never had the dreams of the Superstarism, we are not apolitic Skinheads - we are Whites and proud Hellenic blooded workers.So we started to write songs,having the only purpose,to bring more people with us-to find people like us.And this is the only way in our minds mate.
Which countrys have you played gigs in besides Hellas (Greece)?
We have play only in U.K. in the Blood n Honour division of Yorkshire for the White Christmas the last December. The guys were great and the gig was one of our best.

How is the skinhead scene in Hellas? Any upcoming bands you can recomend?
We had always bands in Greece,from the 80's-90's till now.Active bands now are the Straightline,Pride n Pain,Stavroforia,a new Nazi Punk band named Skaste,and Filopatria.You can see all of them in the blogs http://skinhousehellas.blogspot.com/ or http://whiterockhellas.blogspot.com/.
How is the local scene in your Athen?
The local scene of Athens mate is Filopatria,Skaste and Pride n Pain.The other bands are from Trikala and Larissa, cities outside of Athens.We all have good communication and i hope for all of us to keep it like this.
What are your views on the economic crisis in Hellas?
Views??? They will fuck all the poor people, the things will become worst,the fuckin Jew is smiling and they will try to destroy our race through economy and society,untill the time that we will go out to the streets for war. This is the only solution here mate, we always had thieves in our goverments -left and right wing all the same- and they were stealing the middle and the low class, but soon will come the revenge... We live for that.
Now back to the band. Are the members active or support any political partys och organizations?
We are not in any political party. We are just independent National Socialists. Personaly I want to stop brotherwars between us.
How can comrades around the world cantact you? Do you have any merchandice for sale?
They can contact in the mail of the band and the Jew space too.We will have merchandice when the debut cd will be publish but we have some things now too.
